Terms of Service

1. The service

ORISVI is a multi-tenant, modular business platform operated by ORISVI, Sevani St. 12/5, Yerevan 0023, Armenia (hello@orisvi.com). It provides CRM, quotations, orders, warehouse, projects, finance, field service and related modules that each organization can activate for its own isolated workspace.

2. Accounts and registration

You must register an account with accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the access you grant to members of your workspace.

Workspace administrators control which users and roles can access their workspace and are responsible for managing that access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to access other organizations' workspaces or data, disrupt or probe the service, upload malicious code, or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, pose a security risk, or are used for fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Your obligations and data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into your workspace. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness and for having the right to store and process it on the platform. You grant us the right to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

5. Intellectual property

The ORISVI platform, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is the intellectual property of ORISVI and is protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the platform except as permitted by law.

6. Termination

You may close your workspace and cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible.

On termination, your access ends and your workspace data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORISVI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
