Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Paid plans start with a free trial period so you can test the product before any charge. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be billed.

2. No refunds after billing

Once a paid billing cycle is processed, subscription payments are non-refundable. Because every plan includes a free trial, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or plans changed mid-cycle.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@orisvi.com and we will review it.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until cancelled. You will be charged at the start of each renewal period using the payment method on file with Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date directly from your workspace billing settings, or by contacting hello@orisvi.com.

After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; no further charges are made.
