1. Information we collect

Account details you provide when registering (name, email, company). Business data you and your team enter into your workspace (customers, orders, products, projects, financial records). Technical data such as log information and cookies or analytics used to operate, secure and improve the service.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by ORISVI — they are handled directly by our payment processor.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the platform, authenticate users, process subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. After account closure we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law or legitimate accounting needs.

4. Your rights

In line with GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, export and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5. Third-party processors

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle processes your payment details, applies applicable taxes and issues receipts under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (such as plan, status and billing email) — never your card number.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and limited analytics to understand usage and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
