Subscription terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime in your workspace billing settings — access continues until the end of the current paid period. Paid billing cycles are non-refundable; every plan starts with a free trial. See the Refund Policy.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also handles applicable taxes and receipts.

Priced by the load each module carries

Modules differ in the computing and storage resources they consume — a media-heavy catalog or a full warehouse ledger costs more to run than a simple contact list. Plans are priced accordingly: the heavier the modules included, the larger the quotas for storage, records and monthly documents.

  • Compute-light sales modules (CRM, customers, quotations) are in every plan.
  • Storage-heavy modules (warehouse, inventory, media, finance) unlock with higher tiers and bigger quotas.
  • Enterprise removes the caps entirely for unlimited scale.
